1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using rofforealty.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not access or use this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users and clients of Roffo.

2. Description of Services

Roffo provides real estate, legal, tax and relocation advisory services to international investors, companies and individuals seeking to establish themselves in the Argentine Republic. Our platform offers informational content, consultation scheduling, a client portal and document management tools. Access to certain features requires account registration and may be subject to additional terms agreed upon engagement.

3. No Professional Relationship

Use of this platform, including submission of contact or consultation request forms, does not establish an attorney-client, advisor-client or any other professional relationship. A formal advisory relationship is only established upon execution of a signed engagement agreement between you and Roffo. All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

4. User Accounts

To access the client portal and certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Roffo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, reports, data and software — is the exclusive property of Roffo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from Roffo. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you do not remove any proprietary notices.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose; to transmit any unsolicited commercial communications; to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our system; to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform; to impersonate any person or entity; or to upload or transmit any content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Roffo reserves the right to remove any content and restrict access without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roffo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Modifications to the Platform

Roffo reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of this platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the platform or its services.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
