This page explains, in plain words, what this website collects and why. Questions or requests about your data: roffo@rofforealty.com.

What you send us

  • Booking a call: first and last name, email, phone number and your answers to the short questions in the booking form. We use them to schedule and prepare the call.
  • Residency Roadmap: name, email, phone number and your answers. We use them to email you the roadmap and to follow up.
  • Client portal: if you have an account, the details you add there (for example your profile and messages).
  • Email: anything you write to roffo@rofforealty.com.

Where it is stored and who processes it

  • Supabase stores form submissions, bookings and portal accounts in our database (our CRM).
  • Google Calendar and Google Meet hold the booked call: the event, its video link and the details you gave. Google Workspace tools are also used internally to organize follow-up.
  • Email delivery: booking confirmations and the roadmap are sent by an email delivery service on our behalf.
  • Vercel hosts the site. Like any web server it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
  • Google sign-in is used only by our team to log in to the internal CRM. Visitors are not asked to sign in with Google.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

  • Google Analytics (with IP anonymization) counts visits and pages viewed. It sets cookies and starts only after you interact with the page. Where the law requires consent, it runs only if you accept in the cookie notice.
  • roffo_attr is our own cookie (30 days). It remembers how you found the site (for example the referring page or campaign tag) so a booking can be linked to its source.
  • Meta Pixel may run on the page shown after a booking, to measure our ads, only when it is enabled and allowed by your choice.
  • Sign-in cookies are used only in the client portal and the CRM, to keep you logged in.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact or working together, and delete them when you ask, unless we must keep a record for legal or accounting reasons.
