1. Who We Are
Roffo (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate, legal & relocation advisory firm operating in the Argentine Republic. We provide services to international investors, companies & individuals through our website rofforealty.com & associated client platforms. We process personal data in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 & its implementing regulations, under the oversight of the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). 2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide voluntarily through our contact forms, onboarding process, booking system & client portal. This may include your full name, email address, phone number, country of residence, company details, investment objectives & budget range. We also collect information automatically when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited & time spent on each page, through standard server logs & analytics tools.

We use the information collected to deliver & improve our advisory services; respond to your inquiries & schedule consultations; send relevant updates, reports & communications related to your engagement; comply with applicable legal obligations; & analyze platform usage to enhance user experience. We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Client engagement records are generally retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of an advisory relationship, in accordance with Argentine record-keeping requirements. Data collected through contact forms & consultation requests is retained for up to two (2) years if no formal engagement is initiated.

All data is stored on encrypted servers provided by industry-standard cloud infrastructure providers. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized Roffo personnel on a need-to-know basis. We implement appropriate technical & organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure & we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements; object to or restrict certain processing of your data; & withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at roffo@rofforealty.com. We will respond within thirty (30) days. If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know, delete & opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell personal information.
8. International Data Transfers
As an Argentina-based firm serving international clients, your data may be processed & stored outside your country of residence, including in Argentina & through cloud infrastructure providers located elsewhere. The Argentine Republic is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection under Article 45 of the GDPR, permitting the transfer of personal data from the EEA to Argentina without additional safeguards.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our platform is intended for use by individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Access to certain features requires account registration & may be subject to additional terms agreed upon engagement.
3. No Professional Relationship
Use of this platform, including submission of contact or consultation request forms, does not establish an attorney-client, advisor-client or any other professional relationship. A formal advisory relationship is only established upon execution of a signed engagement agreement between you & Roffo. All content on this website is provided for informational purposes only & does not constitute legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
4. User Accounts
To access the client portal & certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials & for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Roffo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unlawful purposes.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, reports, data & software — is the exclusive property of Roffo or its licensors & is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written consent from Roffo. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Roffo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use this platform or its content. Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to our services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Roffo reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of this platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the platform or its services.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by & construed in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force & effect.

Upon receipt of a valid & complete DMCA notice, Roffo will promptly investigate the claim &, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the party who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled. If the party believes the removal was in error, they may submit a counter-notice as described below.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to roffo@rofforealty.com. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material & its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake & your name, address, telephone number & email address. By submitting a counter-notice, you consent to the jurisdiction set out in Section 9 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction) of our Terms of Use.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA & applicable law, Roffo maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Roffo reserves the right to remove any content & restrict access to the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where intellectual property violations are identified.
