DMCA Policy

1. Our Commitment to Copyright
Roffo respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international copyright law. We expect all users of our platform to do the same. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited on rofforealty.com.
2. Reporting a Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that content available on rofforealty.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to our designated agent at roffo@rofforealty.com. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must be in writing and must include all of the following elements:
3. Required Elements of a Valid Notice
Your notice must include: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work or works you claim have been infringed; (iii) identification of the specific material on our platform that you claim is infringing and sufficient information to allow us to locate it; (iv) your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address; (v) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or applicable law; and (vi) a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
4. Our Response Process
Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Roffo will promptly investigate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the party who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled. If the party believes the removal was in error, they may submit a counter-notice as described below.
5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notice to roffo@rofforealty.com. Your counter-notice must include your signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, your name, address, telephone number, email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and applicable law, Roffo maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Roffo reserves the right to remove any content and restrict access to the platform at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where intellectual property violations are identified.
